Good proximity to Adamas port. Clean spacious rooms and lovely cool garden surroundings. Excellent breakfast.

The location of the hotel just on the edge of the centre of Adamas is excellent. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, well equipped and the air conditioning was excellent. Breakfast was good with wonderful freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were always helpful. Overall this is not a luxury hotel but what it does, it does very well and given the price overall this was a great bargain. We had a really memorable stay and would certainly return ... in fact we are almost planning it already!
The shower worked well but there was not an official place to put the shower head ... but it worked well off the soap and shampoo holder. The hot water in the sink came out looking a bit rusty ... but it was very hot at all times.

We stayed at Chronis for a few nights and were immediately blown away by the lovely fruit & vegetable garden. We had breakfast in the garden everyday, underneath the pistache trees. The owner showed us around and he and his daughter, also the receptionist at night, were more than friendly :-) the rooms were clean & tiny, nice spacious bathrooms, good Greek breakfast and the location is superb! What was especially great is that we were able to shower and get dressed (before we took the overnight boat to Athens..) in one of their available rooms after we had already checked out in the morning. That was incredibly sweet of them and we really appreciated it! Great service! Thank you friendly family & staff at Chronis.

Very close to commerce (bakeries, market, restaurants, rentacar) and port. Very nice staff. The rooms were very simple but practical and clean. Very nice garden.
The bathroom shower was broken and remained broken during all stay. The location is not nice, but practical.

Chronis Hotel features exotic gardens with banana and peach trees which soften the environment. Close enough to Adamas port to walk, but a taxi costs 5 euro - good value on a hot day. Rooms are a reasonable size. The owner was on hand to welcome and share advice. Adamas is OK, but Plaka is a jewel.
The road outside is a bit bunged up - and there is no view to speak of. Weirdly, the room was short of wall sockets We had to remove the light plug in order to use the TV.

Very clean, large and comfortable rooms. Nice and relaxing environment. the hotel is really close to the port.
Poor breakfast that does not worth the 10 euros, and general everything was expensive. Rude staff

Great location in a quiet area but still close to the main streets. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel had a beatiful garden.
No fresh fruits at breakfast. The temperature of the water in the shower changed all the time.

Spacious room, with good air-conditioning. Very quiet, even though the hotel is situated close to the port and local shops. Walking distance from all the key points in Adamas (taverns, port, shops, banks, bus-stop). Great value for money.
The main lobby and garden could be better maintained.

Nice place and very nice staff. Close to the port of Adamas and the Bus stop.
The mosquitos. becasuse of the lovely garden there were a few mosquitoes when we sat outside. Fortunately, thanks to the staff we have no problem with them inside the room.

Very good value and excellently situated just a few minutes' walk from a bus stop and many shops/restaurants. The ferry terminal is maybe a ten minute walk, at most. Very large apartment (two rooms + bathroom) with great cooking facilities, three beds and a lovely bougainvillea-shaded terrace which was very private. Great for families or a group. Breakfast was included and was fine: fruit, yoghurt, boiled eggs, cereal, bread, pastries, cheese, juice, coffee.

Economy hotel that did a lot with very little space! The room was very clean and well represented in the photos. Great location right on the water and near many restaurants. The staff was friendly and very helpful
The bathroom was very small, but functional.

Location was close to the port of Adamas, and bus terminus. Good Bus service to some beaches and sightseeing sights. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Staff were freindly and helpful and were able to converse fluently in English, Italian and obviously Greek.
No transfer to and from port, which was initally offputting but the walk was only 10mins max with bagage in the end, which wasn't so bad but the unknowing till we got there iritated us.

Optimal quality/price ratio. Very kind staff in proving us info about ferry boats, restaurants and other activities in Milos. Great buffet breakfast with fresh orange juice.
At the arrival we found our bathroom not perfectly cleaned. All right in the rest of our staying.

The grounds of the hotel were beautiful, lots of flowers and fruit trees. Very nice. The breakfast was ok. If you ignore the staff and focus on the nice outdoors of the hotel and its nice location, it's worth a stay.
The hotel staff is not nice at all, sometimes very rude. The room and bathroom could have been better, although it was not terrible.
